What does a custom website package include?

With a custom website service, my main priority is to personalize your website for your unique business needs, goals, and objectives. With me as your designer, you will receive:

  • Fully customized Squarespace website design and development

  • Strategy deep dive into the goals of your business, including a 90-minute strategy call and preliminary research conducted by our team

  • Copy guides for writing and gathering your content (or a recommendation to one of our amazing messaging specialists to write your website copy)

  • On-site search engine optimization (SEO) practices for better rankings

  • Video training library teaching you how to confidently update your site over time

  • 1-on-1 time and attention throughout our collaboration, including all email support and kickoff calls

What is the investment for a strategic new website?

Every project has a different scope based on the various functionalities, features, and goals of each project. Nothing about your business is one-size-fits-all, so your website design project isn’t priced that way either. By creating a custom proposal, I’ll ensure that your business goals are my top priority so I can make your website as effective as possible.

I also value transparency. The general range for a fully custom, strategic website design project is typically between $15,000 - $25,000. Now, I know that doesn’t really narrow things down for you, but each project is truly unique and the investment cost reflects that.

I know this information is valuable to know upfront so you can plan and budget accordingly. So if you’re early in the process, I still want to talk to ya! Even if you think your budget is too small, I’d love to help you however I can, whether that’s scaling down the project scope or meeting you where you’re at to help you in moving your business forward.

Is website copywriting included in your custom website service?

Creating messaging that truly resonates with high-end clients requires significant time, energy, and strategic expertise. Luxury homeowners have discerning expectations, and your website copy needs to speak their language while positioning you as the premium choice.

Copywriting is available as an add-on service. We work with a team of StoryBrand Certified Guides who specialize in creating compelling messaging that connects with your ideal clients.

This service includes a comprehensive messaging strategy plus website copy for up to 5 pages, with investment starting at $5,000. This ensures your new website not only looks exceptional but also speaks directly to luxury homeowners in a way that motivates them to take action.

If you prefer to write your own copy, I do provide guidance and tools to help you compile effective messaging, so you're not navigating the process alone.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I understand that cash flow can be a major factor to consider in the home building industry, so I offer flexible payment plans to make it easier to manage your investment.

Payments are broken into four parts by default:

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and begin the design process.

  • The remaining 75% is split up between the months we work together, with the final payment due upon project completion.

If needed, I also offer more flexible payment plan options — Just let me know if you'd like to arrange a custom payment plan.

Where will you build my website?

I work almost exclusively on Squarespace. If you have any questions about Squarespace as a platform or if it’s a good fit for your business, I’m happy to chat about it!

Is my initial deposit refundable?

No — the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. As I only take on a handful of custom project per year, this deposit secures your place in my schedule, allowing me to dedicate time and focus to your project. I often book projects several months in advance, and once your spot is reserved, I turn away other inquiries for that timeframe. The deposit ensures you're serious about moving forward and helps protect against last-minute cancellations.
